How will pre-orders work?

When pre-orders open, you’ll be able to secure a Christmas hamper ahead of time. All pre-orders will be delivered in early December 2025, so your gifts arrive in perfect time for Christmas.

Do you sell hampers to the public as well as businesses?

At the moment, Hampers.ie is launching with our Corporate Gifting Concierge Service, so orders are open for businesses.

How do I create my own hamper?

Our team is ready to work with you to create a customised gift basket that’s perfect for any occasion. Simply get in touch with us at through the Contact Us page or email hello@hampers.ie and we’ll work with you to select the perfect combination of products and packaging to create a gift that’s as unique as the recipient.

What happens if an item in my order is not available?

We do everything possible to keep our hampers exactly as shown. On the rare occasion that an item is unavailable, we will replace it with a product of equal or greater value, always maintaining the same luxury standard and style of the original hamper.

Can I choose a delivery date?

Yes, we’ll always try to accommodate requested delivery dates. For large or seasonal corporate orders, we recommend booking well in advance.

What if my hamper arrives damaged?

We take the greatest care in assembling and packaging every hamper. If your gift arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. Our team will arrange a replacement or refund straight away, ensuring the recipient still enjoys the full Hampers.ie experience.

Will my recipient know the value of the gift that I am sending?

The value of your purchase is never shown with the gift, instead a full receipt is automatically emailed to you at the time of order.

Each hamper includes a personalised note, handwritten by us and added to your gift.

Can I add a personalised note to my gift?

Yes, every hamper includes a complimentary personalised note. Simply share your message with us when placing your order, and we’ll handwrite it for you and include it inside the gift.
